As an experienced Outsourcing Service Provider, we understand your apprehensions on Outsourcing and having a managerial control over the development process. We try to make it as simple and conveneient for you as possible. So, we present to you our ‘Hire an Employee’ Model that lets you hire a dedicated analyst, agent, executive, team lead or manager as per your current vacancy. This model provides 3 different options that highlight your needs and requirements.
This is one of our most popular options under our ‘Hire an Employee’ model. Most clients prefer this model as it gives them direct and clear communication with the person working on their process. This also provides them full control over the managerial process. You can hire experts in a particular service or industry as per your needs. The personnel will work as an extended office who will work on a Full Time basis on your process. Instead of working from your office they will be staffed with us Full Time for 5 days a week all year round till the duration of the process.
In part-time hiring we will provide you with a personnel who will work for a minimum of 80 hours monthly towards your process, employed for 5 days a week till the duration of your process.
For small projects and cater to professionals or small business needs, we have another model that works on an hourly basis. You can hire an expert based on the number of working hours for a minimum of 25 hours. This can be further extended to a decent number of hours as per process requirements.
This Model is well suited to clients who already have a well-structured workflow process. Requirements, Scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria for the process are streamlined. Clients then provide to us a clear idea, scope, requirements along with acceptable deliverables. We then execute the process on the agreed SLA’s on a fixed price and billing basis. You can choose on a bi-weekly or a monthly billing. This is one of the most straight-forward, effective and convenient models to cut down on your cost and stay within budget. You can choose to hire one personnel or an entire team of experts including Quality Analysts and Manager.
This project is best suited to the fast-changing environment of Business. This is used when the resources and time cannot be estimated upfront, at the start. You can react in real time and your project will have a much shorter time-to-market. The main trade of is that budget predictability is replaced with budget flexibility. You can make changes to the requirements more readily than with the fixed price model. Also form the management point of view we provide a daily/weekly reporting system, without any complexity.
